Prior to cooking for you, I personally meet with you to discuss your food preferences and dietary requirements. I take the time to understand what you truly enjoy eating. Do you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies? How many servings and how often do you require my service? Which containers will we use? I address all your concerns and answer any questions that you may have.
The next step is to schedule a cook date. Based upon your input and the information that I gather at our assessment meeting, we will develop a customized menu for your approval. Looking for something not on the seasonal menu? No problem – with over 20 years cooking professionally, I can provide you with any of your favorites.
On that day I will do the shopping, choosing only the best quality ingredients. I will arrive at your home with my portable kitchen, using all my own pots, pans and utensils. I then prepare all of your tailored menu selections, cool and package them according to your preferences. Each item is labeled, dated, and stored. I will leave you with a complete set of easy to follow heating instructions. You no longer have to worry about over cooking or under cooking your meals.
I clean your kitchen spotless and the only thing I leave is the smell of wonderful food in your home and a stocked refrigerator.
